At Oak Forest Academy, our mission is to prepare young learners for a lifetime of success by providing them with positive experiences to foster their academic, social, and emotional development. We believe that success means not only achieving as an individual, but also leaving a positive and lasting impression on the world around us. We will accomplish this mission by incorporating a unique blend of academic and play-based curriculums that are child-centered, inquiry-based and open-ended to foster the knowledge required for success. This approach will leverage the unique ways in which our children learn and experience the world, while providing them with the skills they need to achieve at the next academic level and beyond. When combined with a fun, nurturing, and loving environment created by our teachers and staff, we believe young children can have fun and excel academically, while at the same time develop good character and learn positive values such as honesty, integrity, and empathy.

Daycare FAQs
Do you have availability or a daycare waitlist?
Availability at Oak Forest Academy varies by age group and changes throughout the year. When a program is full, families may join our waitlist for future openings. Several factors are considered when determining availability, including a child’s age and birth month, current classroom enrollment, upcoming classroom transitions, sibling priority, and projected availability as children move through our programs. Because these factors are constantly changing, a family’s position on the waitlist may not always be represented by a specific number. Our Admissions Team reviews upcoming enrollment several months in advance and contacts families as openings become available. Families are always welcome to reach out to our Admissions Team ([email protected]) for an update on availability for their child’s age group.
Do you offer part-time and full-time daycare schedules?
Oak Forest Academy offers full-time enrollment only. Tuition is billed on a monthly basis.

What age groups and programs do you offer at your daycare and preschool?
Our student-to-teacher ratios vary by age group and are designed to provide safe, developmentally appropriate classroom environments. Our Team can provide more information about the classroom structure and ratios for your child’s specific age group during your tour.

What are your daycare hours of operation?
Oak Forest Academy is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Can I schedule a tour at a daycare center?
Yes, we encourage prospective families to visit Oak Forest Academy and experience our school firsthand. In-person tours are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Tours must be scheduled in advance through our Admissions Team. For families who are unable to attend during our regular tour times, we also offer a limited virtual tour schedule. Please contact us for additional information and availability.
What is the registration (annual) fee for daycare?
There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $150 per child. This fee is typically collected as part of the enrollment process. At this time, families joining our waitlist are not charged the registration fee until they are offered an enrollment spot at Oak Forest Academy.
How does your childcare support my child’s early learning and development?
At our center, your child will be surrounded by caring teachers, fun activities, and age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. From learning how to share and making friends, or refining their fine motor skills through play, to exploring numbers, and letters, we help children develop the skills they need socially, emotionally, and academically. We hope to create a warm, engaging space where your child feels safe, supported, and excited about learning every day.
