Meet Our Operations Director
My name is Krystal, and I serve as the operations director. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where I worked in student affairs within the university’s wellness sector. During my undergraduate studies, I taught in the classroom, working with at-risk children before becoming an educator in Boston.
As I continued to refine my teaching skills, I became recognized for elevating childcare with a focus on respectful caregiving and mindfulness. I am dedicated to supporting institutions that care for the whole child and guide our teachers in implementing evidence-based strategies to build authentic connections in the classroom.
